Ce bloc op\u00e9ratoire ultraperformant fonctionne \u00e0 la chaine : 14 salles en ligne ayant pour objectif de pratiquer chacune quotidiennement huit \u00e0 dix interventions.<br>L\u2019organisation du travail, bien qu\u2019extr\u00eamement sophistiqu\u00e9e, est devenue pathog\u00e8ne. Le personnel m\u00e9dical et param\u00e9dical courbe l\u2019\u00e9chine. Stress chronique, burn-out, et risques psychosociaux gangr\u00e8nent l\u2019h\u00f4pital. Chirurgiens, anesth\u00e9sistes, infirmiers et aides soignants, mais aussi cadres, gestionnaires, et directeurs sont pris dans une course effr\u00e9n\u00e9e qui semble sans fin.<br>Consciente de ce probl\u00e8me, l\u2019administration a command\u00e9 un audit sur l\u2019organisation du travail afin de tenter de d\u00e9samorcer le d\u00e9but d\u2019incendie.<br>Burning Out est une plong\u00e9e au c\u0153ur du travail et de ses exc\u00e8s, quand il y a surchauffe et que l\u2019embrasement menace.
