Manifestations interdites et r\u00e9prim\u00e9es. Artistes de rue traqu\u00e9s. Parcs grillag\u00e9s. L\u2019\u0153il du pouvoir s\u2019\u00e9tend partout. \u00c0 Nice, \u00e0 Marseille, en Ligurie (Italie), nous avons voulu recueillir la parole des habitant.e.s de cit\u00e9s fliqu\u00e9es, encag\u00e9es, privatis\u00e9es. Des Sans Domicile Stable, des squatteurs, des foutus-dehors par une mairie gentrificatrice, des punks \u00e0 chats, bref des va-nu-pieds malpropres, pr\u00e9caires et mal-\u00e9duqu\u00e9s qu\u2019il faudrait prot\u00e9ger d\u2019eux-m\u00eames. Et, bien s\u00fbr, des militant.e.s des libert\u00e9s publiques, tel.le.s celles et ceux de la Quadrature du Net qui, depuis des ann\u00e9es d\u00e9sormais, nous alertent et en appellent \u00e0 notre vigilance\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Contre cette dystopie que pr\u00e9parent ceux qui pr\u00e9tendent nous gouverner, nous appelons \u00e0 une r\u00e9sistance syst\u00e9matique\u00a0\u00bb (\u00ab\u00a0Manifeste contre la technopolice\u00a0\u00bb). Que sont nos communs devenus\u00a0? Ces espaces infinis de partage et de jeu, de danses et de chants, de conflits parfois, mais de joies le plus souvent\u00a0? Ces endroits o\u00f9 s\u2019aimer, faire des potagers, manifester, se balader, vivre tout simplement.
