C\u2019est en allant vers les familles, en parlant avec elles, lors de sc\u00e8nes de dialogue, en les observant aux prises avec \u00ab leur \u00bb malade, le personnel, les m\u00e9decin, les d\u00e9marches \u00e0 accomplir, qu\u2019elle trouve r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 ses questions.<br>La souffrance et le d\u00e9sarroi caus\u00e9s par la vieillesse et sa d\u00e9ch\u00e9ance d\u00e9passe les familles.
